Licensing Clerk


Assists Licensing Specialist in maintaining records, compiling information, and submitting forms in order to keep bank/investment agents licensed. Performs routine clerical duties, such as filing forms and other records from licensed agents and applicants according to an established system. Inputs data or correspondence from files as requested within an appropriate time frame. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
