Call Center Representative III (Includes Selling)


Makes and receives phone calls with the intent of promoting or selling company products or services. May provide a basic level of customer support but refers more complex problems to other staff members. Requires an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
